The VDC Leaders at RO were shown the multiple capabilities of Asana. With each Manager having a different use case, Grace showcased the different tools and got us thinking about what would work best for our unique scenarios. She made us realize we need to come together internally first to identify the best way to make this work collectively. Grace was very receptive to our scenarios and presented us with options for how our ideas could be set up.

Grace did a fantastic job breaking down the details of how Asana works. She was able to capture our complex Planning with Purpose workflow and adapt it into the Asana framework. Through various connections, projects, and portfolios, RO was shown a feasible way to translate our bubble diagram into an actionable, task-oriented setup. She helped us establish a successful pilot that we are eager to start testing out.

Renee was an excellent support to our team during the onboarding of Asana. She communicated well and was very responsive. Her flexibility during sessions was so appreciated as our teams were still working through the highest and best use of the product. She prepared well for meetings, but was easily able to deviate from the planned agenda when necessary. She has a fantastic knowledge of the product.

I can't say enough positive things about Renee. She has an amazing positive attitude, was super patient with us, was super thorough as she supported us -beginning to end of our asana product implementation and always took the time to answer our questions. We were sad to have our project come to an end because we enjoyed working with her so much. She felt like she was a part of our team.
